Grace Learmonth was born in Kingston Hospital on March 22, 2011. She was a beautiful little girl who was loved by everyone who met her. Grace had a fantastic team of doctors, nurses and therapists who strived to improve Grace's life and we will be eternally grateful to them all. Grace fought hard for nearly 3 years with an undiagnosed seizure disorder but she could fight no more, and passed away peacefully at home with Mummy & Daddy. Without Shooting Star Chase, Grace would not have been able to experience the things that other children do, or give us parents the support we needed. It is an amazing charity which has given our family some very special memories that we will cherish. All Grace knew was love and she will be forever in our hearts.
